The Spring banquet was held on May 13, 2000 at Oak Grove Lutheran Church in Richfield MN. The event featured the latest German Russian film titled Schmeckfest. The film, sold in VHS format, was also sold following the film showing. Since this was a Premier in the Twin Cities, few if any members had seen it. The film included numerous Twin Cities North Star Chapter members and is a great video illustrating the food of the German Russian culture.
