Germans from Russia Heritage Collection, North Dakota State University Libraries, Fargo

Michael M. Miller, Director & Bibliographer, presented the work and projects of the Germans from Russia Heritage Collection including a visual presentation. He  shared information about the Dakota Memories Oral History Project,  digital projects, television documentaries,  the archival and photograph collections, the outreach programs, publications, and future projects.

Miller is an executive producer with Prairie Public Broadcasting of the award-winning Germans from Russia Documentary Series. A native of Strasburg, ND, he has been the tour leader  since 1996 for the annual Journey to the Homeland Tours to Odessa, Ukraine and Stuttgart, Germany. The next tour is May 20-30, 2010. Miller will bring to the meeting one of GRHC's traveling displays.
