Joachim (Yogi) Pusch again joined the North Star Chapter to talk about his experiences as a German soldier who fought on the Russian front and was part of the Russian army retreat. He goes on to explain what it was like to be captured by the American Army and his days as a POW. Through a stroke of good fortune, Joachim had the opportunity to come to the USA as a young man in post-war times.
His stories have been of great interest even now after having lived in the USA for more than 50 years. Joachim has only started telling his stories some two years ago for all of those who are interested in listening. The North Star Chapter had a great crowd and asked many questions.
